HOW BILLING WORKS
How extra usage blocks work
Each subscription month includes 300 AI call minutes and 1,000 SMS segments. Incoming, outgoing, and owner notification texts count; a long text can use multiple segments.
Each $39.99 additional block adds 150 minutes and 500 segments together. We use the number of blocks needed by whichever allowance needs more, rather than adding separate voice and text charges. For example, 400 minutes and 1,200 segments need one block.
Extra blocks are billed on your next monthly invoice. Allowances reset each subscription month; unused included or purchased capacity does not roll forward.
Before we get started
When does monthly billing start?
After your agreed voice-plus-text service, routing, and notifications work. Your setup payment is separate. Submitting this form does not start monthly billing.
Do I need to change my phone number?
We check whether your current provider and plan support forwarding unanswered or busy calls. Keep your routing as it is until we confirm and test the setup together.
How does the veteran rate work?
Request it in the form. Verification can happen privately during setup, before your first monthly payment. You do not need to upload identity documents here. Everyone pays the same setup fee.
Can I cancel?
The service is month to month. Email us to cancel before your next billing date. Read the Service Agreement for full billing, cancellation, and setup terms.
